Senior Network Engineer (Full Time)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia Country: United States of America Rate: DOE
 

Sr. Network Engineer

This is a great opportunity to contribute in an environment where you will working to support enterprise infrastructure.

In this role you will help design, build and support network hardware and software systems and resolve escalations requiring strong troubleshooting skills. You will engineer solutions for Cisco systems, Routers, Switches and Firewalls and should have additional skills doing server administration on Microsoft Systems. Additional knowledge of Security, Load Balancing and network monitoring. We are seeking a resource who can work with IT leadership to help design and build network systems and support services to keep high availability of enterprise systems with high attention to detail, strong analytical/problem solving skills and outstanding service skills.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, finance or related
  • 8+ years of experience administering and engineering network systems and associated hardware and software
  • 3+ years building network solutions
  • Advanced skills and hands on experience with Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls
  • Working knowledge of Load Balancers, Network Monitoring, Virtualization, Ethernet
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • CCNA or related certifications
  • SCCM
  • SAN Administration
  • VMWare
  • Netscaler
