Senior End User Programmer Analyst (Full Time)

Location: Long Beach CA Country: United States of America

The End User Programmer Analyst main responsibilities are maintaining, developing and implementing new features in the Ivanti Heat ticketing system and the Identity & Access Management program. This person will participate as an effective member of a passionate, highly skilled, collaborative team that supports Epson's User Community.


  • Responsible for the development, configuration, integration, and implementation of Ivanti at Epson. With a process improvement focus, you will collect and develop requirements related to Ivanti services and will oversee the Ivanti implementation and adoption at our company. You should have a fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes.
  • Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the Ivanti platform.
  • Understanding IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy improvements, and update workflows.
  • Producing reports and dashboards based on defined measures, metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Recommending any improvements regarding the platform, processes, or reporting.
  • Ensuring policies are reflected in the way the platform is administered.
  • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
  • Create and deploy company and client training (online and/or in-person).
  • Participates in a variety of ad-hoc information technology projects that will be dictated by current business and technological developments.
  • Enhance the user community experience while utilizing IT's ticketing system.
  • Build and deploy the self-service module by assessing operational requirements and service issues to improve user experience.
  • Perform daily tasks of the team to include but not limited to identity object manipulation, account auditing, account investigation, and role based access management.
  • Assist with the implementation, development, testing, supporting, and evaluation of security-focused tools and services.


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years' experience
  • Experience with Ivanti Heat ticketing system and the Identity & Access Management program
  • Experience with new technology deployment and configuration
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards
  • Experience creating and deploying training
  • System design, implementation, administration, and support experience
