IT-ASSISTANT VICE President (Morrisville, NC):

Partner with the Global Markets (GM), Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) & International Wealth Management (IWM) Divisions to set information security control requirements & perform risk assessments on IT projects, including cloud & mobile application platform deployments, non-compliance to internal policies & standards, regulatory requirements, & exploration of new technology products or services. Monitor the governance of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) top risk remediation programs through periodic meetings with senior stakeholders to review their divisional DLP policies as well as exception handling & incident management & ensure that their data protection objectives are aligned with the internal risk remediation strategy. Support Local Information Security Officers (LISOs) & ensure the consistent enforcement of information security policies & standards in their respective locations.

Apply knowledge of application level security in an enterprise IT environment & the principles of IT risk & security including cyber security as well as IT platforms (operating systems, Cloud technologies, DevOps, & networking) to complete IT security audits & risk assessments (regulatory, operational, & financial risk) & perform penetration testing to address vulnerabilities & cyber attacks. Req's Master's degr plus 2 years exp or Bachelor's degr plus 5 years exp.
