Senior RF Design Expert (2G,3G,4G,5G, radio planning deliveries, Netact, Emil)

For our client in Turkey we need a skilled RF Design engineer, who can also use Tracetools like Emil, and Netact etc,

Background
Proactively plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis. The Senior RF Design Engineer will be responsible to conduct the digital design activities.

Main Responsibility Area
Plans and executes complex technical tasks of digital design requiring network planning specialist skills. Works independently and leads a remote team with the responsibility for carrying on project activities and reporting according to processes. Leads and solves complex technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. May support areas by participating in emergency.

Position Description
2G/3G/4G Radio Coverage and capacity planning using radio network planning tools (Atoll, Asset,9955.).
experience with use of Nokia trace tools, like Emil etc. is needed
Radio network dimensioning of 2G/3G/LTE according to defined coverage, capacity and quality requirements.
Defines sites configurations and BoQ based on radio NW dimensioning, for budgeting and investments purposes
Main contact point among different NW Planning teams, RF/Transmission/Core within organization and on Customer's side.
Support coordination of site deployment lists, main rollout database, update ins and outs.
Conduct or Lead Automated Cell Planning Activities Based on given Scenarios and total cost of ownership calculations
Select sites with optimum tco and conformance coverage/quality requirements
Conduct or Lead Predicted Demand and Geolocation based traffic mapping
Lead frequency for new site and rural coverage projects.
PCI and SC planning activities for new sites or new laters and rural coverage projects.
Support for indoor planning
Analyze Subscriber complaint databases
Lead technical discussions with counterparts in Customer and within organization.

Position Requirements
B.Sc. degree, preferably from Telecommunication or Electronic engineering.
5 years' experience in 2G/3G/4G Radio Network Planning,
2 years' work experience with Nokia 2G/3G/4G RAN equipment (hardware configuration, parameters for and features for design, etc.), LTE and SRAN experience.
Very good Knowledge and practice of E2E NW planning processes (Site acquisition, Network and telecom implementation, site and network acceptance, etc.)
Very good Knowledge and use of 2G/3G/LTE Radio Network Planning tools (Asset, Atoll,9955)
In-depth Knowledge of 3G & LTE Link Budget parameters and its effects on design
Knowledge and practice of drive test measurement/analysis tool (TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent)
Experience in using geo-location tools and creation of traffic maps
Knowledge and use of Netact, KPI reporter, optima to retrieve long term kpi
Ability to face and deal with Customer
