Junior Project/PMO manager (Contract)

Location: Stockholm Country: Sweden Rate: EUR 600 pd (flex)
 

We require a Junior Project/PMO manager to assist with the following .

  • 1-3 years of consulting experience - ideally between 1.5-2 years, although 1 year may suffice if the candidate is from a leading consultancy (Tier 1+2 strategy management consulting)
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite in a project context
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Has completed several types of projects across different industries (not limited to transformation projects or Commercial Due Diligence) .Not limited to transformations within financial services or banking
  • Has worked in a similar context and role in another M&A post-acquisition support project:
  • Provides ad-hoc support to project managers
  • Develops PMO materials such as roadmaps, project charters, activity lists, and trackers
  • Leads workstream meetings internally or externally.
  • Takes meticulous notes during meetings and interviews
  • Leads and performs analyses, and provides ad-hoc analysis support to workstreams
  • Capable of working independently and acting on high-level instructions from project managers
  • Understands and can manage working in projects with tight deadlines (when necessary)

General requirements:

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English
  • Based in Stockholm with the flexibility to work at the clients office upon request (not permanently stationed)
  • Able to travel approximately every second or third week to the Baltics (frequency may vary)
