Tech SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant - Poland - 6 months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Tech SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to join a vibrant team for an exciting 6-month assignment in Warsaw, with the possibility of an extension.

Tech Consultant SAP HCM/SuccessFactors requirements and responsibilities:

• You should be well-versed in the SuccessFactors platform, particularly in Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation & Variable Pay. Experience with additional modules is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules are preferred.
• You should be skilled at translating business objectives and pain points into actionable technical requirements and user stories.
• You'll encounter various challenges, so having strong problem-solving skills is essential for identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is crucial for collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and facilitating smooth project execution.
• Familiarity with industry standards related to HR processes and systems is beneficial for ensuring that solutions align with best practices.
• Experience in master-data management, system configuration, and operational excellence will aid in supporting processes effectively.
