Harris Global are recruiting on behalf of our market leading Financial Services client who are looking to hire a 1st Line Support Technician to join their London team.

Role will include, but not be limited to:

  • 1st technical support - Incident Management
  • Providing excellent customer service to the business
  • Work within SLAs
  • User password resets
  • Granting access to folders/application
  • Managing life cycle hardware process
  • Staff MACs (Moves, Adds, Changes)
  • Admin support for IT Order portal
  • Admin support IT Hub
  • Shift Cover
  • You must be willing to work overtime to perform tasks which cannot be carried out during normal business hours

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Must have a very high level of customer service experience and past experience working in a Helpdesk/IT Support environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both in written and spoken English will be required alongside a good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware support
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 Support
  • Knowledge of iPhone/Android phone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products eg Office etc
  • Knowledge of Lotus Notes (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • ITIL experience
