1st line Support, Help Desk, Service Desk Analyst £23,000 DOE + benefits, Leeds

Harvey Nash have an exclusive opportunity for a 1st Line Support/Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst available in Leeds.

You will have a competent level of IT literacy within a Microsoft environment eg Windows 7, Office 2010, XP, Outlook.

Ideally you will have worked on a service desk before and have some excellent customer service skills. You will be required to work on tickets solving problems over the phone predominately. You will enjoy worked as part of a team in a supportive and progressive environment. There will be a shift pattern of hours but no weekend work or evening work is expected.
