Requirements

• A confident and outgoing attitude.
• Strong technical skills.
• Customer Service/Admin Experience.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Polished manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to email inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
