SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED - LANGLEY, SLOUGH
Location: Langley, Slough
Salary Range: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (office-based)
Role Overview:
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within our organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to office management, coordination, and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Administrative Support:
- Assist senior management and department heads with administrative tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute internal communications.
- Handle inquiries and resolve administrative issues.

Project Coordination:
- Support project teams by organizing meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.

General Administration:
- Handle filing, archiving, and document management.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and leave management.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably at a senior level.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative work.
- IT Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
