We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert to support a large-scale greenfield ITSM deployment, replacing an existing ServiceNow implementation.

You'll play a key role in designing and implementing IT Catalog items with workflow automation, helping to translate current catalogue requests and business requirements into a new ServiceNow environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of IT Catalog items using Workflow and Flow Designer

• Support delivery of a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM deployment

• Translate existing catalogue requests and requirements into the new platform

• Provide SME-level guidance across the ServiceNow implementation

Key skills & experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM

• Proven implementation expertise in IT Catalog, Workflow and Flow Designer

• Experience delivering complex, large enterprise ServiceNow deployments

• Ability to bridge business requirements into technical solutions
