1st Line Support Engineer (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £300 per day inside IR35
 

1st Line Support Engineer

  • London based, fully onsite
  • £300 per day inside IR35
  • 1 year contract with potential to extend

We are working with a client in the photography industry who are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their existing team and provide support to a large internal user base for both hardware and software issues across Dell and Apple devices.

Key responsibilities

  • First point of contact for any IT issues faced by internal users
  • Troubleshoot Dell & Windows issues as well as Apple for any hardware issues
  • Set up new users on accounts and configure and set up hardware for new users

Key skills

  • Experience providing support for Dell & Apple hardware
  • Experience working in a Windows environment
  • Proficient in speaking German a bonus
