Business Analyst/Consultant - Corporate Actions/Asset Servicing

A leading financial services firm are improving systems within their corporate actions departments and have an opportunity for an experienced business analyst with a relevant background in corporate actions and asset servicing, to play a key role in driving business requirements and operational readiness.

You will be responsible for end-to-end business analysis on projects focused on corporate actions, reference data and market data, providing business requirements, process analysis and data analysis expertise to an Agile-based project. This will also entail project management and advisory, based on your detailed knowledge of corporate actions. This is suited to someone who has a background leading corporate actions teams and/or departments.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 5+ years projects experience within asset servicing and/or corporate actions
• Strong corporate actions experience: operational processes and management experience
• Consulting skill set: business analysis, project management, testing and stakeholder management
• Background running a corporate actions/asset servicing function, department or team
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution (preferred)

This is a £500-550/day PAYE contract (CF. £650 umbrella), based London with hybrid working, initially for six months.
