Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at this established company, you will play a pivotal role in managing the development of our software platform, facilitating sales enablement, and ensuring successful product deployment. Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Management:

• Lead the end-to-end product development life cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, define product roadmaps, and establish clear development timelines.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.

Sales Enablement:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, develop compelling product propositions, and create sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our software platform.
• Provide product training and support to sales representatives, enabling them to effectively articulate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Participate in client meetings and demonstrations as a subject matter expert, addressing technical inquiries and showcasing the capabilities of our platform.

Product Deployment and Delivery:

• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth product deployment, including configuration, integration, and customization according to client specifications.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement post-deployment.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, sales, and clients to resolve any issues or challenges related to product deployment and usage

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, translating client requirements into actionable product features and guiding development efforts accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in product management within the fintech or financial services industry, preferably within a consultancy or startup environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to anticipate market trends and drive product innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Agile/Scrum certification and experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
