Sales and Client Success Graduate Consultant (Permanent)

Logistics reply is a division of Reply, Italy's leading technology consultancy, which operates out of 20 offices Worldwide.


  • Main objective is to build long term, strategic relationships with clients in order to protect and develop 100% client delight, referenceability and to identify new opportunities in order to achieve maximum growth for Reply.
  • Serve as a resource for client references and provide strategic client insight including their current state of business, additional business opportunities, and challenges faced by the client.
  • Be the central point of contact for existing clients, conducting conversations via email or phone and acting as the clients' 'eyes and ears' within our business.
  • Understand and follow operational and support escalation procedures to field requests on to the appropriate team or individual in order to resolve challenges fast and within SLA.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and pass on requests quickly to the appropriate team member in order to gain a commercial advantage fast.
  • Proactively feedback updates, information and offers to clients and to review their success against client or internal KPIs.
  • Call upon excellent communication skills and an empathic nature to retain regular dialogue with clients, even if no new information has surfaced, in order to gain knowledge of client short, medium and long term account strategies.
  • Conduct on-boarding administration with clients for project roll outs.
  • Be resourceful in understanding client 'operations' in order to identify possible commercial 'opportunities' for Reply:
    • 'Operations' includes client growth strategy, key decision makers, key performance indicators and budget constraints.
    • 'Opportunities' include minor development, project work, consulting and sell/cross sell activities
  • Follow-up on leads and contacts provided by business development or marketing initiatives
  • Maintain an accurate, comprehensive and timely record of activity to enable transparency across the business and to facilitate activity reporting.
  • Given the global nature of our business, this role will require availability out of standard office hours in order to capture client issues that can be escalated as soon as possible.

  • Sales skills and initiative to create new opportunities from existing accounts
  • Experience of building client relationships and negotiating terms
  • Ability to create and deliver formal presentations
  • An understanding of any part of Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Retail, eCommerce, Client Service
  • Technical background - either through qualification, experience, professional or personal interest


  • 2:1 or above at degree level educated in IT or Business Specialism.
  • Ideally a technically-qualified graduate interested in the commercial side and/or the impact of technology on real lives.
