Location: London Country: UK Rate: c£75K + 25% variable and benefits

Unified Comms Pre-Sales Solutions Architect - London - c£75K plus 25% variable and benefits - flexibility for some remote working

The Role

You will be responsible for design of technical solutions related to multiple specialisations(product/technology) for customers with the objective of increasing revenue, profitability and market competitive and ensuring solutions provided meet customer requirements with the objective of ensuring design and delivery of complex solutions as per customer requirements.

The Environment

The pre-sales team scans the technology requirements of market, participates in product development activities, speaks in customer/marketing forums to increase brand awareness and propagate the portfolio and gain mind-share and market share.

Technology Experience Required:

  • Cisco (Webex)
  • Microsoft (Skype for Business/TEAMS)
  • Video Interrupt (polycom. Blue jeans, pexip)
  • Contact Centre (Cisco, Amazon connect)

The Role Requirements

  • Experience of working with the sales team to jointly assess customer requirements; supporting the product team through the product development life cycle and provide inputs on product features from a business requirements/customer perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, scalability and economy and drive related initiatives.
  • Anticipate and identifiy complex business needs and recommend solutions to moderately complex problems.
  • Have exposure to a tactical role which provides a marked contribution to defining the direction of new solutions, processes, standards or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant mid term impact on business unit overall results.
  • Identify problems and significantly improve, changes or adapt existing methods and techniques of developing solutions.
  • Focus is on implementation and control rather than policy and strategy development.
  • Some P&L responsibility would be advantageous
  • Will have involvement in regional projects, but as a team member rather than project leader.
  • Graduate in Engineering
  • Experience: 6-8 years
