Supply Chain Planner - Spain - 6months + (Freelance)
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Supply Chain Planner for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.
Requirements for the Supply Chain Planner
- Possess initial work experience, including at least an internship, in business operations (experience in Supply Chain is advantageous).
- Be fluent in English.
- Demonstrate excellent Excel skills, particularly in large database management, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
- Have a basic understanding of SAP (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exhibit proactive, curious, and committed attitudes toward delivering results.
- Operate with discipline, excel under pressure, and maintain strong organisational skills.
- Possess exceptional communication skills and thrive in teamwork environments.
- Demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical abilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing and achieving KPIs for specific product scopes (Service, Inventory, Sustainability).
- Ensuring timely execution of production plans, material orders, and deployment decisions.
- Participating in Direction Setting meetings with suppliers, factories, or markets.
- Proactively addressing exceptions to prevent Out Of Stock situations or obsolescence.
- Analyzing supply chain data to support business decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Engaging in projects focused on product enhancements, portfolio changes, or sourcing initiatives.
