Service Delivery Consultant/Manager (Network knowledge) - Contract/Denmark (Contract)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Country: Denmark Rate: please provide all inclusive hourly rate when applying (must be in EUR or DKK only)
 

Service Delivery Consultant/Manager (with Network knowledge) required for a 6 month contract located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In the role of Service Delivery Consultant you will coordinate, monitor and support the service delivery within the networking area enabling the delivery of high quality service to end users and ensure that service delivery processes are in place to meet the need of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

Accountable for end to end delivery of networking services in to business

Ensure that network services are delivered to the highest possible standard with a clear focus on delivering to customer.

Prioritise and support incidents, problems and change requests.

Responsible for ensuring partner deliverables and SLA's at an operational level.

Responsible for ensuring all IT and security standards are been adhered to.

Stakeholder management both central and market level.

Support the delivery of both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.

Define a roadmap for operational and process improvements.

Take ownership of partner relationships/vendor management.

Invoice validation and support the budgeting process.

The ideal candidate for the role of Service Delivery Consultant should have:

  • Strong experience as a Service Delivery Consultant/Manager.
  • Previous experience wof service delivery within the network area.
  • Fluent business level English language skills.
  • Eligibility and willingness to work onsite in Denmark.
