Must have a good level of technical MS Outlook products (exchange, azure would be great; printers, move desks, hardware/software would be good, Jira, set up IP's, AD.

It is a permanent job. It is in Berlin.

No German required but that's good to have.

Relocation assistance available; ie travel to Berlin and Soft landing - hotel paid for 1-2 months.

If you are in Berlin - great. If you are in Germany and keen to live/work in Berlin - great. If you wish to fully relocate/live/work in Berlin and are keen to work in 1st level, helpdesk - if you have a good level of MS Tech knowledge and able to fix tickets/problems issues and you are keen to learn/improve please get in touch - (see below)

It is 1st level but with many tasks; we seek second level support, candidates able to perform this

Salary 45/50k euros.

THE JOB:

1st 2nd Level IT Support

Budget Max: 45/50K initial.

Goals & Responsibilities:

1st 2nd and infrastructure Level IT Support. Call handling.

Ticket tracking.

Oversight of 1st level IT Queue - Ticket Volumes = Daily Resolution Rate = 70%.

Second level engineers needed, a mix of both is PERFECT!
