Sales Representative/Medical Devices (Permanent)

Location: Western Switzerland Country: Switzerland
 

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who will be responsible for driving sales and building excellent relationship with customers within Romandy region.

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in virtual regional and national meetings, congresses, and organizing educational events.
  • Developing strong business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Maintaining and developing effective customer relationships in the territory.
  • Advising customers about products, services and educational programs.
  • Working cross-functionally by supporting other departments in the company.
  • Monitoring product performance.
  • Analysing the market and implementing strategies in order to optimize the sales results.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • Regular and conscientious reporting of sales activities.

Profile:

  • Min 3 years of experience in medtech segment with preference for radiology/urology equipment
  • Experience in dealing with medical staff and other stakeholders within the French speaking part of Switzerland.
  • Candidate should be located within Suisse Romande
  • Strong organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Innovative thinker, creative, self-starter
  • Native/fluent French and English fluent. German would be a plus.
