The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP Payroll/SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join a high perfoming team in Melbourne. Out client is looking for an experienced BA to join a specialist project team that will work on enhancements/upgrades and new projects related to SuccessFactors. Our client is seeking an experienced BA to join a competency centre. This is a key role to liaise with senior buisness stakeholders to improve and leverage the SuccessFactors solution. Our client require a senior business analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience as an SAP Business Analyst with SuccessFactors or SAP HR/PY
  • Been involved with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR/PY
  • Senior level stakeholder engagement and business analysis experience
  • Excellent Payroll process knowledge (beneficial)
  • Strong communication skills
