The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Software Engineersto participate in a prototype software development team to support the design and development and testing of our upcoming Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) portfolio of projects, revolutionising the air and missile defence systems employed by the Australian Defence Force. Working as a part of our Mission Systems & Ground Systems Command and Control Software capability. This role can be based in Brisbane, Newcastle or Adelaide.

Responsibilities
  • Development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional prototype software system
  • Developing software verification plans, test procedures and test environments
  • Executing test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met

Experience/Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in software engineering, computer science or similar (high perfoming students working towards their bachelor's degree will also be considered).
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
