About the role

This role will focus and provide SAP solution functional support focusing on SAP HR and Payroll areas. Our client uses SAP ECC, SuccessFactors EC and SuccessFactors ECP for its Payroll function. The SAP Functional Analyst will provide expertise in the areas of implementation of ongoing projects, maintenance and support for relevant SAP solution functional areas to ensure an optimum product life cycle of application services that support business processes.

Duties

• Design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP employee central payroll
• Work with business stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide troubleshooting ability to resolve issues
• Engage in requirement gathering and development of user cases

Skills & experience

• Strong background in implementation and support of the SAP Payroll module (Employee Central Payroll experience highly regarded)
• Solid exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (EC and ECP)
• Ability to design, configure, test, deploy and support SAP payroll
• Any technical skills will be advantageous; ABAP (debugging, reading code- and more if you have it), CPI development exposure etc...
