Incident and Change Request Co-Ordinator (Contract)
Location: Adelaide Country: Australia
Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for the expertise of a Incident and Change Request Co-ordinator to manage the planning of all projects and change requests across IT. Initially a 3 month contract, this is a long term contract role that will extend for the right candidate.
In your new role, you will have an overall view across all projects, from small change requests to large projects in IT. You will prioritise these projects, taking into consideration the impact on BAU and other related projects and changes. You will provide a project calendar, liaise with the relevant consultants involved in these projects and produce an ongoing and efficient plan and schedule for a smooth-running project calendar.
The ideal person will have a functional IT background (with a preference for strong SAP knowledge), may have had exposure to working in the PMO office and have had regular dealings with CAB (Change Advisory Board). You will be responsible for liaising with people from all levels of the business (both internal and external stakeholders) so strong communications skills are a must. You will also need to have high attention to detail and a common-sense approach to the big picture' across the IT landscape.
