SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst (Contract)

SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst

This role will play a crucial role in the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding module. This role will see you working close with the business to gather and document requirements along with the coordinating and execution of the UAT

The Client

Out client has a global precence in over 100 coutries. The have recently implented a new SAP instance and they are now building more functionality within their SAP SuccessFactors solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with business SME's
  • Capturing & maintaining business requirements registers
  • Supporting design workshops and documenting feedback
  • Creating & updating process maps
  • Assisting with business process documentation/guides/FAQ's
  • Maintain the UAT plan & schedule
  • Support business UAT resources to ensure they understand their role, purpose & scope of testing, and follow up to ensure activities are being completed as per the schedule
  • Escalating & tracking UAT defects

Skills Required

  • Proven extensive Business Analyst experience with the SAP SuccessFactors suite
  • 3-5 years of HRIS project implementation experience
  • Knowledge and experience across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules specifically Recruitment & Onboarding and Employee Central
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors testing and especially planning and coordinating business user during UAT
  • Excellent communicator and ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders
