About this unit Royal Oak's Hemodialysis Unit is a 10 Bay and 2 room procedural area staffed with RN's who are solely responsible for dialysis treatments, a Unit Secretary, and a Dialysis Assistant responsible for machine cleaning and maintenance and nursing assistant duties. Our team members care for hospitalized patients in new onset/acute renal failure as well as inpatients with chronic end stage renal disease.
