Network
CareerBoard is a member of the Jobg8 Network. The Network is the marketplace for Job Boards, Job Aggregators and Affiliates to buy and sell qualified job applications. There are over 280 members of the Jobg8 Network which is growing daily and currently has the following reach:

Filters
Each filter will reduce the number of applications delivered to you and save you the time and expense of sorting through applications.
There are 16 filters to choose from including:

With P4P you are in charge of the budget. We provide you with information on the amount we charge per application, simply specify a salary and decide how many applications you would like to receive.
Build your own Application Form.
Use our simple application form builder for your posting, you can choose from 16 candidate screening questions, as well as add other questions from the extensive library.
Once the screening questions are active they will filter out unsuitable candidates. Candidates must answer your questions correctly for their applications to pass through your filter.
Use as many screening questions as you like, each one reduces your workload of sifting through and discarding unsuitable candidates. We charge for each filter question and show you the cost of these qualifying questions as you build the application form. You only pay for the number of qualified applications actually delivered that meets your requirements.

Confirm the job posting.
One last check before you post the job - then sit back and watch qualified applications roll in. It’s as easy as that!
Once the job is live, you are able to edit the content of the posting through the P4P job posting Manager. The job will automatically be removed once you receive the number of qualified applications you specify – but you can remove the posting sooner if needed.
