Edgepark Medical Supplies , a national distributor of medical supplies with 18 consecutive years of double-digit growth, is looking for a Key Account Manager - Home Health Agency Team . General overview: The Key Account Manager is responsible for generating sales from new and existing customers. They must be able to manage and grow medium to large customers that are more complex in terms of business structure. Customer relationships should be held with key decision makers as well as executive management.

Responsibilites: - Manage and grow existing customer base ensuring top line sales and profit goals are achieved - Add additional accounts to existing customer base through sales solicitation and service based selling techniques - Obtain and report market intelligence specific to regional responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly through root-cause analysis - Price, procure/place orders and provide all related functions specific to overall account management - Ability to understand and discuss key financial metrics related to home health agencies - Promote the growth of strategic programs, brands and product categories throughout customer base - Achieve and surpass all sales related metrics not limited to new accounts sales, budget attainment, etc. - Ability to network effectively within regions to maximize sales opportunities.

Experience Needed: - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with both internal and external groups - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to present and/or interface with all levels of management internally and externally - Ability to work and meet specific deadlines - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player - Ability to recognize needs of customers and build constructive action plans to provide overall business solutions - Proven track record of achieving key performance metrics - 3 - 5 + years of related sales experience - Some travel required.

Computer Experience:  PC Proficiency in MS Office Applications
