We seek a Director of Human Resources who will be responsible for overall HR leadership and talent management. Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing HR vision and performance management systems;
• Design and implementation of training and development programs;
• Evaluate, develop and modify policies and procedures;
• Recruiting of top talent and development of  retention strategies and programs;
• Assures firm compliance with state and Federal regulations;
• Serves as a member of the strategic management team.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills, experience and characteristics :

·        Excellent leadership, organization,  and communication skills with ability to relate well to a multi-generational workforce;

·       Outgoing and approachable with ability to motivate others;

·        Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm;

·         Ability to develop and manage projects; attain results; good problem solving and decision making skills;

·       Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business or human resources required; CPHR or other HR certification preferred;

·        Experience desired: minimum 5 years as a Generalist with a recruiting background, experience developing the HR function, experience with a professional services firm, up to date on HR practices and a working knowledge of employment law.
