I have been unemployed for over three (3) years now; only working contract assignments which is getting old. I am over age 40, plus I have disablity,and, have a speech impediment. How can I overcome these for a successful interview? What is really upsetting, is that I have over twenty (20) years of Accounting experience. The State of Ohio, through the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation is now offering a tax credit to any employer that will hire me.
