CareerBoard Wins CAKI Award for Best Web Site

Cleveland - The Cleveland Area Knowledge Industry Awards (CAKI) are handed out each year by NEOSA in a program sponsored by Crain's Cleveland Business. This year, CareerBoard.com was voted Best Web Site.

"We're incredibly proud of this accomplishment," said Peter Tuttle, president of CareerBoard. "To be recognized for such a prestigious award by our peers is a great honor."

Each year the CAKI Awards recognizes regional technology-based companies that have developed new state-of-the-art initiatives as well as traditional "bricks" companies that have implemented cutting-edge technologies.

NEOSA’s President, James B. Cookinham, spearheaded the creation of this awards program three years ago with the goal to showcase northeast Ohio’s IT industry.

"Our mission is to grow the IT industry in northeast Ohio," said Cookinham. "The CAKI Awards acknowledge efforts being made in the arena and foster growth of new companies and initiatives. The winners reflect the region’s current talent pool of new and/or improved and diverse technology ventures and initiatives."
