Area Web-Site Gets Facelift
CareerBoard.com makes cosmetic changes to its Web site and adds banner advertising.
Cleveland - CareerBoard.com has updated the look and feel of each of its local Web sites, http://cleveland.careerboard.com, http://columbus.careerboard.com, and http://cincinnati.careerboard.com.
The redesign includes added content, banner advertising and a more prominent CareerBoard logo. Functionality remains the same.
"Our site had had the same look and feel for a long time," said Peter Tuttle, president of CareerBoard.com. "We wanted to re-energize our site and make it look more up-to-date" The addition of banner ads is something CareerBoard has stayed away from in the past. Why the change?
"We believe we can have banner ads on our site without sacrificing the high level of integrity our users are accustomed to," said Tuttle. "There aren't many Web sites that are going to be able to reach the kind of quality, local audience that we can deliver at the low cost the Internet allows. We wanted to take advantage of that opportunity." For more information on CareerBoard's banner advertising, visit http://www.careerboard.com/advertising.
