CareerBoard.com and the Ohio Association of Nonprofit
Organizations
(OANO) announce new partnership.
Cleveland- June 24, 2002 – CareerBoard.com, an Ohio-based online job search company that specializes in connecting local candidates with local employers, and the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations, Ohio's leading statewide resource for nonprofit organizations, have formed a partnership to provide jobseekers with increased employment opportunities and nonprofit organizations with greater exposure for their postings.
“This partnership allows nonprofit organizations to compete on a level playing field with big corporations,” said Peter Tuttle, president of CareerBoard.com. “For years, many nonprofits didn't have the resources to utilize Internet recruiting services. With CareerBoard, now they have a low-cost solution to fill their recruiting needs throughout Ohio.”
OANO’s member nonprofit organizations will be able to post their job openings at a 10 percent discount on both the new OANO career center and CareerBoard.com.
“Attracting qualified employees can be a major challenge for many nonprofit organizations,” says Richard L. Moyers, executive director of OANO. “This partnership with CareerBoard will give our members a targeted and cost-effective regional employee recruitment tool."
