Ohio-based Job Site Becomes Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Global HR Software Provider.
CLEVELAND - CareerBoard, LLC, the largest Internet recruitment site in Ohio, today announced its acquisition by HRsmart Inc., a leading provider of Web-based Talent Management Solutions and one of the fastest growing and most profitable firms in the industry. The acquisition expands CareerBoard's capability to enhance its product offering to employers and job seekers. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
The acquisition enables CareerBoard to be the first fully integrated, affordable online recruitment solution offering pre-screening, enhanced job posting, talent management and related services to both small, medium and Fortune 500 companies alike. Additionally, it will empower job seekers to better manage their careers via multiple targeted cover letters and resumes, detailed application history, and a thorough skills profile to match employers' needs with laser-like accuracy.
