Construction Project Manager - Swimming Pools

Salaries up to £60,000

Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a business in the Luxury Pool industry to help them find a Project Manager to help deliver projects in and around the London area.

This person will have experience within the Construction Industry, ideally with experience delivering luxury swimming pools.

Requirements:

- Working with a wide range of stake-holders such as Logistics, Design and Sales, you will ensure the smooth running of the project, ensuring that it's delivered on-time

- Organising sub-contractors for labour

- Ensure all changes to the project are signed off by relevant parties

- Communicate any changes regarding Labour requirements and update the relevant systems
