Continuous Improvement Delivery Specialist (Contract/Permanent)

The Opportunity

We are looking for three Continuous Improvement Delivery Specialists to join our Operations function on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be identifying and delivering projects from start to finish in order to achieve measurable improvements in our customers' processes. You will also be creating and analysing MI which will help lead improvement initiatives.

You'll be:

  • Building collaborative relationships across the business, client and 3rd party areas in order to successfully deliver improvement in processes and customer experience
  • Applying appropriate problem solving and analytical methods and techniques, to shape and define business solutions (eg processes and operational changes)
  • Evaluating and assessing the costs and the potential impact on the expected return on investment of proposed solutions
  • Tracking the impact of any change implemented to ensure realisation of agreed benefits
  • Ensuring that any process improvements comply with company and regulatory requirements and procedures

You should apply if you:

  • Have previous experience working within Financial Services sector, Life and Pensions expertise is highly desirable
  • Are well-versed with Lean methodology and either Prince2, Agile, Six Sigma qualified
  • Are proficient with MS Suite, especially Advanced Excel. PowerBI and Visio experience is desirable
  • Are driven to drive business change with strong attention to detail
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Are analytically driven
