Technet Is currently partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical Company who are going through a major Digital transformation project.Part of the project is a implementation of a Cutting edge Employee experience platform.
The Change manager will be responsible for Change management strategies and plans for there universal service experience project.
You will be responsible for the following
- Designing a vision for change thats innovative and creative balancing impactful delivery across the enterprise
- Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for the universal service experience project.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change and proactively developing mitigation strategies
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the vision for change, Build support and foster a culture of empowerment and Collaboration
- Collaborating with project teams to integrate change management activities,
You will need the following skills
- Proven Experience in change management, with a strong track record of driving and implementing change initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to delivery creative, Differentiated thinking to change that matches the effect needed for the success of the program
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience of working as part of an Employee experience transformation project
