Job Title: Endur OpenLink SME/Business Analyst

Day rate: £800 (Umbrella) + 3 Days onsite per week (London)

Client Overview: We are partnering with a leading global commodities firm, renowned for its excellence in Energy and Metals businesses. We are seeking an Endur OpenLink SME, someone experienced in configuration as well as analysing, Enhancing, developing, troubleshooting and maintaining functionality within OpenLink Endur platform.

Skill Set Overview:

  • Extensive familiarity with software development tools for proprietary platforms, including those provided by OpenLink (AVS, JVS, or OpenComponents)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
  • Competent in database development, with expertise in Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft SQLServer T-SQL.
  • Understanding of trading processes, Straight-Through Processing (STP), Risk management, and Operations workflows.
  • Proficient in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing analysis, coding, review, testing, documentation, implementation, release management, and support.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Conduct detailed analysis, development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities within a specialised trading platform.
  • Develop and sustain applications that are seamlessly integrated with the trading platform, serving the needs of Front, Middle, and Back Office users.
  • Modify and comprehend existing Oracle PL/SQL database packages and procedures as necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive technical architecture and functional design documentation, supplemented with user guides and troubleshooting resources for seamless handover to operational teams.
