About Us:

Anchor Manufacturing Group, Inc. was founded in May 1970 by Edward  Pfaff, Chairman of the Board. Anchor has evolved as a major producer of metal stampings and assemblies (tonnage to 2000T).  Anchor is a family owned company and has a strong commitment to family values.

Our Facility:

Anchor's facility includes state of the art technology in welding & assembly, metal stamping (up to 2000 tons), die building and die repair, multiple CMM inspection stations, powder coating, machining to include WEDM & CNC, and metal fabricating capabilities.  Located near Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Interstate 71 and the Ohio Turnpike, we presently occupy approximately 340,000 square feet in two facilities on 20 acres.

Our employees are fully trained and receive continuous training in SPC, Basic Measurement, die setting, safety and many other job related requirements.  We offer on the job and classroom training for many highly skilled positions.  We value a strong work ethic, over 90% of people in leadership roles are promoted from within.
